Clean deep ruby colour. Vinous aroma of ripe red fruit with hints of spices. Smooth, round with fruity and fresh persistent finish.

Ideally paired with roasted meat, game, and cured cheese.

Part of the wine stages in stainless steel vats and another in French oak barrels between 4-6 months. Processed in an inert atmosphere, with the bottles totally deoxygenated.

Limpid, pale-yellow colour. Very fruity aroma, elegant and mineral. On the palate the fruity character is very intense and in balance with the acidity that confers the freshness and uniqueness of Dão.

Excellent with fish, cold meat and roasted mild seasoned fowls.

Serve between 8 and 10° C.

Clean, Lemon colour. Intense aroma of fruit, with mineral notes and a little complexity. A fresh palate, with a very well-balance acidity and a fruity finish.

Excellent with roasted fish, seafood and fowls.

Serve chilled at 8 to 10° C.
