Bardolino The grapes are macerated on the skins for 8-10 hours, then fermentation is set off at capello sommerso which lasts 10-12 days at controlled temperature to enhance the fruity aromas. Malolactic fermentation follows. Ruby red wine with fragrances of currants and cherries. On the palate, the wine is fruity, well-balanced, with medium structure.
