Euro High Alcohol Lager

This beer pours a pretty, clear copper/gold color with a light fluffy but quickly deflating white head. Has very small amount of lacing. It smells of light fruit scents, mostly apple, pear, and strawberry. Some malt scents, as well as a noticeable alcohol presence. Light and spicy citrus flavor right up front, disperses into a very sweet caramel with a small amount of citrus. Hops and caramel linger lightly in the aftertaste. A tiny hint of lemon slips in when everything else is gone. Light and spicy from the carbonation, but it has enough body to not be watery. Plenty of potent flavor. You can't taste the ABV at all. Very smooth with a somewhat bitter finish.
