Pale straw gold body, perfectly transparent. Ultra thin, quickly gone white carby head. Aroma has a nice light faint sweetness that is quite pleasant. You can almost get a slight banana aroma with a bit of corn. Taste has a nice sharp bitterness yet not a speck of hop aroma or flavor. Finishes light-sweet with the same lingering bitterness that has been since the beginning along with a very warming finish. Very drinkable, enjoyable, refreshing and refined beer.
